    With plenty of big hits from Belleville West's Emily Becker and O'Fallon's Katie Roustio, the Class 4A volleyball regional final at West wasn't lacking firepower. West won 25-14, 21-25, and 25-21 to advance to the Sectionals. OTHS ended up 22-14 on the season.
